Power Supply Brick Adapter Cord and HD Component AV Cables for Microsoft XBox 360

Another great package provided by BengalOne! This kit contains power Supply, AV Cable, and an Optical Cable to get full digital surround sound from your XBox 360.

With my wife demanding some time on the large TV in the living room I wanted the option of moving the XBox360 to the den without having to uplug everything and drag cables around, etc.

Plug it all in and it's ready. Just that easy.


The power supply has a built in fan which initially sounded like a good idea. However, what it sounds like is a large vibrating motor buzzing next to the xbox. It's surprisingly loud. Also, there's a constant odd smell almost like burning but not quite. Even with the fan, it can overheat after long periods. We have the xbox in a basement (so cool) and after several hours of children playing rock band, it will eventually red ring the 360. After cooling down, it works fine again. In a way, it's like a built in parent time control.


Just makes it easier to move XBox 360 without having to rerun the cords behind the TV.

Well I bought this product for a great price. The remote and headset work great but there are some issues. The xbox360 needs to pointed towards the remote. And I can't adjust the headset to use on my right side. Also the remote only can be used with the xbox360. You cannot program it for DVR,DVD,TV,etc. And the remote design can be uncomfortable. But for the great price and overall playability this is a good buy.

This works as advertised and what a difference for my son's Halo2 game. This piece works in conjunction with the Monster video component out for the original Xbox. Both items have really given new life to his game playing and delayed the need to purchase a 360 for another year.

i think it's a great product, it's comfortable and the sound quality is great. i would recommended it to my friends


This microphone has several issues.

First of all, since it hangs on your ear, adjusting the microphone is not possible. It will always hang away from your face or sags too low.

The second problem is that you need to yell to be heard. Since it hangs away from your face, everything you say is filtered out as background noise until you yell.

Finally, it is not comfortable. It hangs loosely, sometimes slips off, and the earpiece does not feel comfortable since it is oval shaped.

The standard headset in the 360 package is superior to this. Save your money.


I'm considering selling mine on ebay after only 2 weeks. It's hard to get the mic itself to come around to being in front of my mouth and I've had several complaints about being too quiet. I have been able to force it over but it really needs a longer mic stalk. I have also not found it as comfortable as so many reviews here led me to believe it would be. It's usuable but I really think I would like to find something else. I consider my head, ears, etc. to be of pretty average size so I don't think it's just my physique leading to these problems.

Looks good and works well. Doesn't fall-out like the stock headphone cable did; and audio quality did improve a little.


The first thing I noticed when I inserted a regular optical cable into the Xbox 360 HD/AV pack is that it didn't seem to fit quite right - it didn't "snap" into place. I needed to buy another optical cable anyway so I gave this one a try since it says it's for the 360, specifically. It does fit securely into the Xbox connection, unlike the first one I bought, which I actually paid $20 for at a big box retailer.

Quality seemed fine, though as the other reviewer said it is short at only 3 feet long.

But for the money, it's probably the best you're going to get.


I guess I missed the fine print. I'm didn't need it much longer, but most Xbox cables that I've purchased have always been 6' or longer.

Now I've got to order another cable.
